Map of Revaca on The Fed began to lower interest rates, the economy was still doing well, and international economies began to benefit a bit from lowering central bank policy. Stocks continued to rise and those who sold near the lows had to buy back in at higher prices. Now we have smart money profiting and dumb money paying for their tuition but now becoming more informed about market events and possible underlying reasons for momentum. Now dumb money continues its cycle to become informed money. The informed money cannot wait to see this event again so they can profit the next time. For 2 long years the informed money waited.
